15 confirmed dead in South Carolina flooding Fifteen weather related deaths have now been confirmed since massive flooding occurred in South Carolina over the weekend.Gov. Haley urged South Carolina residents to respect barriers and road closures, adding that road closures will be continuously changing. "We're doing this to protect you."The body of a man was found Tuesday morning in the 6800 block of North Trenholm Road in Forest Acres, according to the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
